The current Charlotte market is very competitive, and we’re here to break it down and help you find your edge! Join us for a Homebuyer Workshop, hosted by the DCM Lending Team, where a Charlotte-based real estate expert will walk you through the buying process and today’s local market.
We’ll break down what buyers need to understand right now, including the current pulse of the Charlotte market, where local builders and sellers may be offering opportunities, what is happening in the interest rate market, and how to use that information to shape your future purchase strategy. We’ll go deeper into financing strategies that are currently working for buyers, including renovation financing options that help you improve a home.
We’ll have a light breakfast from Central Coffee, and free parking will be available!
